Subject: error in .lnk handling ?

Suppose you have a file named make.lnk (which is a linker response file in
make 3.79.1).
Then
    $ touch make.lnk
    touch: setting time of `make.lnk': No such file or directory
Also tar -xzf make-3.79.1.tar.gz fails.

Has this been fixed in cygwin 1.3.2 (or what is responsible for this) ?

Uwe
