Hi all,

I have updated my website to include detailed information for compiling
Joe editor V 2.8 with an option to upgrade/compile V 2.9.6. Anyone should
be able to build them.

I have also provided detailed information to build Minicom 1.83.1 so that
anyone can build it.

Last but not least, I have removed binaries from my website in an effort to
reduce bandwith.

I hope you find the information useful.

Enjoy,
Enoch Wu
