Subject:	~43sec to complete "tput init"

Hi,

Is there any way to tune up the performance of cygwin? I tried "time
tput init" and it showed that the command took ~43sec to complete.
Obviously, this is not acceptable. Will it be related to any
potential mistake of my own?
