Just a tiny addition for those who will search for a solution in the
archives: add '--dllname DLLNAME' to the command line or line 'NAME DLLNAME'
to the .def file to provide correct dll name for the linker.

Another related question: how either an import library or just a .def file
could be created from a .dll file?
