Until version 1.3.1, Winamp would crash at the same time as cygwin, at least
for me.  1.3.1 fixes it.  I think this one is the reason:

- Make sure that dummy sockets don't linger after they are destroyed.

I know it has to do with sockets because the Winamp crashes were always
parallel with mIRC saying that it couldn't create a socket.
