Hello,

I've been trying to install the cygwin Unix Utility for windows on a
w2000 system. I've downloaded and unziped the files into the following
areas:

	c:\usr\.bin
	          \lib

I'm not sure How to start using the ultility. Exactlly what should I
do next to begin using this tool?
