Answer: Yes.

Sidebar: Why is it that people choose to use ambiguous subject lines on
mailing lists?  Having a subject line on a software mailing list like
"Question" or like "Cygwin Question" or just plain "Cygwin" usually gets
a [DEL] from me (but right now, I felt like reading it since I only have
8 unreads in this folder).
