Subject: Octave under cygwin-1.3.1

I just upgrade the cygwin into 1.3.1.
But the Octave fail now, the octave-2.1.34 is builded using gcc-2.95.3-3,
cygwin snapshot 20010419(which support the /dev/dsp)
And, the octave-2.1.33(forget which gcc version) builded under 1.1.8 fail
too!
The program fails in is_scalar() function.
Because the packages builded without using debug option, so I can not trace
it.

If anyone using Octave under cygwin-1.3.1 succesfully?
