I'm trying to run TkDiff on Cygwin. Now it appears that cygwish80 is not a true cygwin application since it doesn't understand Cygwin paths. However it is linked with cygwin1.dll and it transforms all environment variables like $TMP and $HOME into Cygwin format that it cannot subsequently use. I am running tkdiff from a .bat file with cygwish80 d:\path\tkdiff.tcl, so it's definitely cygwish80 itself that does the transformation.
