If you use the same precision to try to reproduce the bug, I have
no doubt you will find it.

I had this bug with cygwin1-20010414 and 20010416, and I bet it's also there
with 19 and 22. Because of the nature (port forwarding), I suspect it's in
sshd.exe anyway. ssh (bash) and scp all work fine.
