Is this a Cygwin enable Apache?  Output of `cygcheck httpd'?

DON'T COPY THE CYGWIN1.DLL FROM CYGWIN/BIN TO ANYWHERE ELSE; ADD THE
CYGWIN/BIN path to the PATH.
