And see the FAQ entry "Can I use setup to install snapshots?" (in the
"Installation Instructions" section) for advice on how to coerce
setup.exe to do this for you.  The FAQ is at <http://cygwin.com/faq/>.

(At least, I hope it still works as described, I haven't tried it in a
while.  Lemme know if it doesn't.)
