It has been brought to my attention that I provided an incorrect URL
for mirrors.rcn.net in my recent announcements.

The correct URL is:

ftp://mirrors.rcn.net/mirrors/sources.redhat.com/cygwin/

Hopefully, this is really irrelevant to everyone and everyone is
downloading using the setup utility which uses the correct URL.
