Bret, 

If you'd be willing to publish your installation process and set of packages
to get this to work, I expect this would be helpful to others and would be 
of general interest on this list.  It may even make it into the FAQ or Cygwin
documentation!;-)

If you'd consider this, please check with Chris Faylor to see if he would 
rather just see it posted to this list or if he'd rather it become part of 
the official docs.
