Hello,

I've just downloaded and built the recently-announced gcc 2.95.3
release. I found it necessary to comment out one line from
/usr/include/windows.h, namely
    #define _ANONYMOUS_STRUCT
at line 47.

Upon announcing this, I was informed of a set of patches prepared
some time ago by Mumit Khan and available at
    ftp://ftp.xraylith.wisc.edu/pub/khan/gnu-win32/mingw32/snapshots/gcc-2.95.2-1/gcc-2.95.2-1-x86-win32.diff.gz
that, apparently, can (ought?) be applied to gcc 2.95.3 as well as
to the earlier version for improved behavior under Cygwin.

I'm certain that you're aware of these; however, my correspondent
asked that I report these findings to you, nonetheless,
suggesting that you might find it appropriate to ask the gcc
folks to incorporate these into the official gcc source tree.

Thanks very much.
