I'm a recently install of cygwin with tcsh. I log into my NT as "bbarber", but
	whoami
reports
	administrator

This sets the wrong userid for "rlogin" and "rsh".

I tried using
	su bbarber
but that changes my shell to "/bin/sh" and sets
	USER=administrator
it did not change my ID.

Any ideas?
