No; I think David Billinghurst has built it on cygwin, probably without
any of the special cygwin features.  Look at the test results page if
you want to see how well people made it run on cygwin and other targets.
I succeeded in making an excellent basic gcc and g77, but the g++
library apparently remains incompatible with 64-bit alignments, which
eliminates my interest there.  The maintainers flat out refused to
accept updates to make gcc-2.95.3 compatible with current cygwin, so any
updates you want are up to you.  It should build OK on cygwin B20, if
you work around the bugs.  David has been doing an excellent job of
submitting patches to the main line gcc development, so that's becoming
a good alternative for cygwin.
