I've been using SecureFX (http://www.vandyke.com/) as well as the ported
sftp.exe with Cygwin to connect to both OpenBSD and Cygwin SSH/SFTP servers
without problems.
The VanDyke software (SecureFX) is a very clean interface for connecting to
SFTP servers, by the way. And it's not all THAT expensive, either.
