Since upgrading my cygwin environment I get a stack dump when trying to
run aspell from within vim. I have included the setup log file fragment
of cygwin subsystems updated and the stack dump file.

This is the second time I'm requesting assistance on this problem. I
have looked at the WEB e-mail archives but did not find what looked to
be a related problem. I have also found that this occurrs on multiple NT
4.0 systems and a Windows 98SE system.
