I compiled joe editor version 2.8. Joe.exe runs. I am impressed with Cygwin. I compiled minicom version 1.83.1. It does not appear to talk to a winmodem. I bet it could talk to an external modem with V.90 firmware. The UWIN compiled code can talk to my Lucent winmodem. Enoch Wu -- Want to unsubscribe from this list?
