Sorry, I thought you were using gcc-2.95.2-7, this switch isn't
available for versions prior to this.  You need to get the Cygwin gcc
source for your build.  Yes there are many significant changes which are
hoped to become a part of the official source tree eventually.  If you
used the CVS version of gcc then possibly many of the changes are there
but some aren't yet.
