Hi!

Is there a downloadable archive-file of  the current
Cygwin-User-Documentation?
The only link mentioned in the mailing-archives was

ftp://ftp.franken.de/pub/win32/develop/gnuwin32/cygwin/docs/cygwin-ug-net.html.tgz

but this file is dated Feb 1999 and I am not sure if this is up-to-date.
