Subject:	Running GLX and GTK

Hi,

there is no glx.h in my /usr/include/GL using cygwin. Where can I get
it?

Furthermore, running gtk on cygwin from gtk.org doesn't run because it
doesnt find

gdk/gdkx.h

Does anybody know these errors?
