When I run "c:\cygwin\bin\echo d:\tmp\AshishCode\DeProxyBridgeDependency.cpp"
from a cmd.exe prompt, the output is

d:      mp\AshishCode\DeProxyBridgeDependency.cpp

It appears that somewhere along the line, \t in "d:\tmp\..." is being converted
to a tab character.
