It seems that with 1.1.8 the -mwin32 gcc switch is needed for Cygwin to 
automatically pickup the w32api include directory.

However with this setup the  -mwin32 switch for gcc picks up the 
MingW libstdc++ and not the Cygwin one.

Am I missing something obvious here ?
