A few tweaks:
  o misc-0.9.2 -- adds mktemp.exe

  o marked the ncftp and wget packages on CygUtils as obsolete, since
the versions uploaded to sourceware use newer releases of the base
packages (ncftp: 3.0.1 -> 3.0.2, wget: 1.5.3 -> 1.6)

  o uploaded .list.tar.bz2 files for ncftp and wget, so that you can use

Well, I've about succeeded in making the usr-local package at cygutils
obsolete!  The only packages left in it that have not been improved,
updated, and added to the main distro are rxvt and freetype!
