I've updated flex on sources to 2.5.4-1.  This is just an update of the
previous version with missing files (FlexLexer.h, flex++) added.  I've
also made flex default to text mode in, binary mode out.

I had this available as a test version for a couple of days so it is on
the mirrors but still labeled as "test".  I've removed the test distinction
now, though, but it will take a while for the mirrors to recognize that
fact.
