Subject: awk permission problem using m-x manual-entry

I uninstalled and then re-installed the latest version of cygwin last
night and now I am having a problem using the ntemacs "manual-entry"
command. This command provides "man" access via emacs.

When I invoke "manual-entry",

	awk: permission denied

process exited abnormally with code 126

appears in the buffer prepared for the man page.

Your help is appreciated.
