Thank you. I must admit that I'm overwhelmed by all the work that's been
done to both Cygwin base and all user and dev tools. Dusted off an old 
PC, installed Win2k on it, then installed Cygwin from the net, and it 
looks and feels great! Kudos to everyone.

Now trying pick out the various unsubmitted changes to mostly gcc and
some to binutils so I can get those in. GCC 3.0 is going to branched
soon, and it's about time.
