It's been done before, everything you need should be on sourceware.  I
don't think anyone's done it *with* sourceware, though.  Good luck.
Depending on the CE device, you'll want something like sh-pe or
mips-pe targets.  You'll need gcc and binutils; newlib isn't used, nor
is cygwin, which building this cross compiler.

Don't expect to get past a cross compiler, though.  CE isn't big
enough for cygwin.
