Subject: problem with setup.exe

hello,

I am trying to upgrade from b20 to 1.1.7 on a PC running NT4 SP4.

I can't execute setup.exe from our internet connection, so I have
downloaded setup.exe and some packages: cygwin, ash, bash, ... When I
launch setup.exe on my PC the program tells me there is nothing to
install or upgrade. I have tried to create directories as in the ftp
site to put tar files inside, but nothing changed. I have removed all
the Cygnus register keys from the previous installation, and I always
get the same results.

What is the correct way to install?
