    I installed the postgresql 7.0 in Windows NT 4.0 and I'd like your help.
 My database is working sucessfully but when I trie to connect to my server
 database in the ohter machine I spend about 2 minutes to connect. When I
 connect localhost it's fast !
    Could you help me, please ? I installed the cygipc1.07-1 ...
 
    Note: I installed my database with a administrator account.
