Perl 5.6.0 seems to need the Berkeley DB package, albeit version 1 seems to suffice... but the Berkeley DB package needs Perl... thus a circular dependency: build the DB version 1 package, install; build Perl, install; then build the DB 3 package using the just installed Perl, install the DB3 package; then build Perl and install it with the DB3 support; then build and install DB3 again with the new Perl?
