Out Of The Box -- in other words, just download the bc-1.06.tar.gz file
from your favorite GNU mirror site, install it using the Cygwin setup
utility, then (since it's distributed as source) just run
"./configure;make;make install" from the bc-1.06 directory.  Then it's
installed.  No muss, no fuss.
