I compiled bcpp just yesterday with minimal problems.  I used the makefile
in the unix directory and the only real problem was that it didn't contain 
a list of all the files so I had to add them.  I forget the exact URL I used
to get this source but I remember I found it looking through the HOWTOs at
www.linux.org.

I haven't built indent though...
