Did I miss something?  This URL points me to the FAQ "How can I access other
drives?"  If it doesn't get there for others let me know but that was the 
intent.  I meant only to provide information to help the poster understand 
the "strange path" (i.e. /cygdrive/c/windows/TEMP/ccIsuZji.o).  Obviously,
this path is only strange if you don't understand how Cygwin accesses paths
that aren't mounted.  In this case, a little reading is recommended!;-) 
Does this clarify my response?
