If you're searching for a precompiled binary, I have build pdksh once
and you find it in

ftp://ftp.franken.de/pub/win32/develop/gnuwin32/cygwin/porters/Vinschen_Corinna/B20/

On the other hand you can take the sources and build it. It _should_
build OOTB. The sources are in

ftp://ftp.cs.mun.ca/pub/pdksh
