I'll take this one.  mingwm10.dll and mingwc10.dll are from the same source but
built to be used with MSVCRT or CRTDLL respectivly.  This DLL's are only used
if you -mno-cygwin -mthread with linking.

As for why you built mingwm10.dll instead of mingwc10.dll, I changed what is
being built last week in preparation for the -mno-cygwin switch using MSVCRT
instead of CRTDLL.
