Subject: conflicting X headers

the gdb package and the tcltk package both include the following
headers:

/usr/include/X11/
X.h
Xatom.h
Xfuncproto.h
Xlib.h
Xutil.h
cursorfont.h
keysym.h
keysymdef.h

These (well, at least Xlib.h) conflict with the X headers in
/usr/X11R6/include/X11. Is there any reason these files should be
included in the gdb and tcltk packages?
