Since I had no error reports from testing of this package, and my own
tests showed that it works fine, I am going to remove the 'test'
designator on xpm-4.0.0-1.  Any objections?

P.S. I asked for comments on the point quoted below, but received none. 
I suppose everyone agrees with my reasoning?
