Very strange. I went back to using the special user I created with the correct user rights (as outlined in the readme). I logged in to the console *AS* IUSR_SSHD and attempted to run the sshd binary. It runs FINE. I could login, it worked. If I try to run it as a service under SRVANY, it just refuses to work and does not write any type of debug output. (The sshd.exe does appear in task manager for an instant, however.)
