Okay, so my dumb question of the day is: where is that documentation?
Searching around the cygwin site, I found ssh mentioned in a few places,
but I was unable to find actual documentation on setting up sshd.

I've managed to get sshd to start, and a port scan verifies port 22 is
open, but once connecting to the port, I get a permission denied,
without even a password prompt. I suspect my problem relates to the key
somehow, and I'd like to read some docs on exactly what I was supposed
to do, but alas I can't find them. =)
