The net release of Cygwin has nothing to do with Red Hat, except that
it happens to be hosted on a machine contributed by Red Hat. We (me,
Chris, Corinna) work on the net release on our own time (time I would
rather spend playing with my children).

Red Hat has us doing other cygwin-related things for them (like GNUPro
2000, engineering contracts, etc), which use a different version of
cygwin. Red Hat doesn't even use the net's setup program for any of
its products.
