Actually, if it's the mac PC emulator I'm thinking of, it emulates a PC at
the hardware level.  You install the OS 'onto' it.  So it wouldn't be a
question of unimplemented API functions.  Perhaps the original poster can
help us out by letting us know exactly which PC emulator it is.
