It looks like that there are differences between the
cygwin gcc 2.96.2 19991024 (release-2)
and the linux gcc 2.96.2 19991024 (release)

1. -fhuge-objects (see this thread)
2. -MMD flag includes system headers on cygwin, but shoud not as on linux

Who has ported gcc to cygwin?
