BTW the inline-formatted patches are not useless as Jason was afraid
of in a previous mail. If you just copy the whole patch to a file and
apply it, it does exactly what you need - it applies first the older
patches of Andre (was that his name?) and then Jason's patch. So
text/plain is indeed ok here.
