I really hate it when Windows directories stay locked. The only solution I know of is either to logout/login or restart to release the handles. > Hi all, > > i tried to uninstall cygwin complete, because i got a new pc and want > to use this one for development, there i will install complete new. > But i cannot delete /usr and /home directories. > I got no access! > After i uninstalled all apps with the setup-utility i tried to remove > the remaining rest manually, but these two dirs stay on hdd. > > What could i do now? > > Any help would be fine. > > Gerrit > > -- > Gerrit Haase > > -- > Want to unsubscribe from this list? > Send a message to cygwin-unsubscribe AT sourceware DOT cygnus DOT com > -- Want to unsubscribe from this list?
