libdb is from the Berkeley Database package (www.sleepycat.com).  You can
get precompiled versions from http://cygutils.netpedia.net/V1.1/  (look
for "db-X-YY"), or from the "testing" area of the sourceware website:
ftp://sourceware.cygnus.com/pub/cygwin/private/cygwin-rpm-712/tar/
