I try to use the setup-2.20 install from local directory
But it refuse to install the packages with version number(date), such as
bison.tar.gz .....
In the previous version setup program, it works fine.

If I download the setup-ini to the local directory, the problem will be
sloved!

But if I want to install other packages such as rxvt also.
How to build the setup.ini for myself.
