I just had a search on google for full.exe.. A quick glance showed:
ftp://ftp.inf.tu-dresden.de/software/windows/cygwin32/cygnus/
http://www.orgchm.bas.bg/pub/winmisc/gnu-win32/
and there were more..

The point being that only some of these pages are obviously old - it may
help explain why there are still questions that read "I just installed
cygwin B20.1, and my newbie question is..."

Is there any way to get these mirror sites to be updated or drop the old
copies? Is it worth it?

Rob
